You can assign any of your staff to be ‘Group Leaders’. Group leaders have management area access and can allocate courses, print bulk certificates, change emails and passwords and more.
Group Leaders have access to Management Reports. There are two types:
- Management Reports based on EYPServices Online Courses
- The same report with an extra section for self-certified CPD Courses.
